DIGITAL PRESENCE AUDIT

Find out what your digital presence is costing you.

A digital presence audit for small business is not a free scanner spitting out a score. Those tools tell you your title tag is too long. They do not tell you your old phone number now rings a competitor, or that your hard-earned reviews sit on a Google profile nobody claimed. We check what actually moves customers and rankings, verify every finding by hand, and hand you a plain list of what is broken and what to fix first.
You get a real audit done by the person who will actually fix it.

What a Digital Presence Audit Checks

Most owners think an audit means someone glances at their website and tells them it looks dated. That is not this. We go through the whole footprint, the parts customers see and the parts working against you behind the scenes, and we verify each one by hand instead of trusting a tool’s guess. Here is what gets checked.

Every finding is checked live and written in plain language. No score with no explanation, no jargon you have to Google.

See a real audit

Talk is cheap, so here are two. These are real digital presence audits we ran for local businesses. Read them and you will know exactly what you get, no guessing.

Tattoo Studio

A full audit for a local shop, with the names and identifying details removed to protect the client. Everything else is exactly as delivered. It turned up an old phone number and address pointing customers to a competitor, years of five-star reviews stranded on an unclaimed Google profile, and a website branded for the wrong town.

Screen Printer

A deeper audit for a 40-year local business, scored and tied to real dollars. It found links that had been broken for years, a competitor quietly intercepting their customers, and a local market they were nowhere to be found in, adding up to real money left on the table.

Why this beats a free scan

You can get a free audit in ten seconds. Type your site into any of a dozen tools and you get a score, a stack of red warnings, and a pitch for software you do not need. What you do not get is a person who actually looked. Those tools do not check whether your Google profile is claimed, or notice that your old phone number now rings a competitor, or catch the reviews you spent years earning sitting on a listing you do not control. They read the code and skip the things that actually bring in customers.

We work the other way around. We go through your whole presence by hand, the way a customer finds you and the way Google sees you, and we verify every finding before it goes in the report. You get the same person who will fix the problems telling you what they are, what they cost you, and what to do first. No handoffs, no junior running a tool.

A free scan tells you something is wrong. This tells you what, why, and what to do about it.

The free audit and the deep audit

There are two ways to do this, depending on how much you want to know. The free version tells you if something is on fire. The paid version tells you everything, why it is happening, what it is costing you, and the order to fix it in. Most people start with the free one and move up once they see how much is under the hood.

The free audit

A quick once-over of your website, your Google profile, and how you show up in local search. We check the things most likely to be quietly costing you customers and send back a short summary of what we find. No cost, no obligation, no sales script. If nothing is broken, we will tell you that too.

The deep audit

The full workup. Every item on the checklist above, verified by hand, scored, and written in plain language with the dollar impact where we can measure it. You get a prioritized action plan that says what to fix first, what it is worth, and what can wait. It is the same kind of audit you can read a real sample of above. If you want me to fix what it finds, the audit fee counts toward that work.

Not sure which you need? Start with the free one. If it turns up more than a summary can cover, we will tell you, and you decide from there.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A free tool reads your code and spits out a score. It cannot tell you your Google profile is unclaimed, that your old address now points customers to a competitor, or that your reviews are stranded on a listing you do not control. I check all of that by hand and verify every finding before it goes in the report. You get answers a scanner cannot give you, from the person who can actually fix them.

The free summary usually goes back to you within a couple of days. The deep audit takes longer because every finding is verified by hand, not generated automatically. Most are done within about a week, depending on how much is going on with your site and listings.

No. The audit stands on its own. You get the report and the priority list, and what you do with it is up to you. If you want me to fix what it finds, the audit fee counts toward that work, but there is no obligation and no sales script.

Yes. Most of what an audit checks, your website, your Google profile, your listings, your local search visibility, is the same anywhere. I am based near Pittsburgh and work with businesses in and around the area, but the audit works for any local business.

A plain-language report, not a wall of jargon. It lists what is broken, what it is costing you, and the order to fix it in. The deep audit adds scoring and dollar impact where it can be measured, plus a prioritized action plan you can hand to anyone, including us.

Find out what is costing you customers

Start with the free audit. Tell us your business name and website and we will take a look, then send back a short summary of what we find. No cost, no obligation, and no sales script waiting on the other end. If your presence is in good shape, we will tell you that. If it is not, you will know exactly what to fix first.
